| When you stay with us you will enjoy the very large trees, plenty of grassy areas, large spaces, along with a view of the Pecos River and various recreational activities along the riverwalk. We are a small park and have both long term(biweekly) and overnight or weekly spaces. We try to keep at least a third of our park open for nightly/weekly guests but spaces fill quickly, so please make reservations to guarantee your space. |

| Please note that we do not permit RVs that are not self contained or in bad condition to stay in our park. We also do not allow tents. FYI- Government requires that we have so many male/female showers and so many male/female restrooms when you permit non-self contained units to stay. We only have 1 restroom and 1 shower. |

| Limit objects outside your RV to 6 or less items - No more that 2 automobiles per site - No bow and arrows, slingshots, fireworks, BB guns or any type of explosive allowed - At no time shall an animal be outside and unattended or tied down. You are required to clean all fecal matter immediately - No washing of automobiles or RV's in park. You can be evicted for infractions & we do not refund rent |
