We run a small rv park located in Carlsbad, NM.  It is steaped in family history. It has changed over the years due to flood and fires in the past. We have the park history posted in our mini mart. We invite you to come and share your time with us.

Limit objects outside your RV to 6 or less items - No more that 2 automobiles per site -
No bow and arrows, slingshots, fireworks, BB guns or any type of explosive allowed - At
no time shall an animal be outside and unattended or tied down. You are required to
clean all fecal matter immediately - No washing of automobiles or RV's in park.
You can be evicted for infractions & we do not refund rent
